Looks like someone had tried to brake into the apartment. Definitely tool marks on the entrance door. Made us very nervous. Flooring in the kitchen and hall bubbled up Family bathroom adequate bit not luxury Bedroom 1 absolutely tiny. Nowhere to put my clothes at night. Decor very tired . Ensuite bathroom, the shower cubicle absolutely tiny and very poor construction. Hardly enough room to turn around. Less than B and Q standard. The hottest summer for years. Not a single fan to cool the rooms down. So poor!!

The bathroom extractor in the en-suite room is very noise and disturbs sleep. It is on higher floor, having a lift in the building would have been helpful for someone with mobility issue. Irrespective that the floor area was clean, the sofa set requires cleaning. There were debris underneath the seating cushions. There is no shower in the bathroom, not everyone wants to soak in the bath tub all the time.

USVery easy to check in and check out. The location was great for what we wanted to do. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for travelling as a family. The washing machine was a tremendous plus.
It's on the third level and we weren't aware there weren't any elevators. That was a little bit awkward with the luggage. Also, we didn't expect there to be a dryer, but the drying rack was broken so we had to improvise a bit. It would have been a bit nicer to have a few more towels for each person.

Beds were too soft; pillows were not suitable. The shower head was dirty. No shower mat; no shelving in shower. Very little washing up liquid. Knives were blunt so couldn't cut anything.
GBThe location for us was perfect, as it was 2 minutes walk from our reason for being in Glasgow.
We have been offered incentives to give a 5 star review, which I think tells you everything you need to know. After a 6.5 hour car journey, we arrived feeling groggy and very tired. Despite having received all the information, I wasn't 'with it' enough to take it in. We were also confused by the fact that the 2 door entrances at the back of the property were full of rubbish and really dirty, at this 'modern and luxurious apartment'. I could go on, but suffice to say that the place was anything but luxurious. We have photographic evidence of the tatty worn and dirty furniture; beds with missing bed knobs; not sure who laid the kitchen flooring, but you got motion sickness when walking across it, the list goes on. Window blind on the floor, and the bedding smelled dirty and musty. oh! The cracked mirror above the wash hand basin summed it all up really. It was an awful experience.
GBit was in the perfect location to where we needed to be and the price was so reasonable.
