The only thing likable was location.

The property was nothing like it looks in the pictures. This property is very run down. Walls. Electrical, Fire Safety Equipment and much more is definitely not up to code. Electrical boxes and wires are exposed. Unfinished and unkept walls and doors. Exposed carpet tacking. Bathroom, I honestly have no words for. Paid over $1400 for a total of two nights and I can’t even fathom someone charging this amount. All other properties in the surrounding area were beautiful. I can go on with more but don’t feel I need to take more time to explain. I took photos and video.

"My friends and I came to New Hampshire for a relaxing vacation and this property worked well for us."

We liked that this property gave us the ability to have a common area we could use at the end of each day just to relax and unwind and have lots of conversation,

The mattresses in the second bedroom were pretty worn out and springs were sticking up when we tried to sleep on them. The mattress in the first bedroom was very comfortable.

"Perfect beach getaway!"

The cottage was adorable, rustic beach feel, with all the amenities we needed. Queen bed has super comfortable new mattress! Kids loved the bunk room. Location ideal, just steps across the street to the beach! Tyler was a very responsive and kind host who gave suggestions of places to go. We’ll be back!!
