Independent extra large luxury studio flat

It was very clean big beds , free tea coffee .perfect for what we needed.

Comfortable room

The room and bathroom were not clean. The towels were of poor quality and the pillows very uncomfortable. The door could remain closed only when locked. There were no hungers for the clothes or the towels.

Spacious and quite comfortable room with most of the amenities. Overall good value for money

Cleaning was below standards

Clean and spacious room. Shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

It is a residential area which does not feel particularly safe. There is only on-street permit parking, not private parking as advertised and we struggled to find a parking space. The front door was open on arrival and the door to our room was an internal door so did not feel secure.

good size room with all the facilities need

- Floor was filthy, shower was grubby with hairs everywhere, bedding smelt mouldy - The smell of weed was just over powering from one of the neighbouring apartments. - Lack of sofa bed linen despite being advertised as having a sofa bed. - Fridge turned all the food as was nowhere near cold.

Easy to find and to check in.

Not very clean. We wash the plates and cutlery and even with a good scrub we just used them as we didn’t had a choice. The bed sheets looked like they weren’t washed, still have hairs and dirty on it. It had to beds, we only needed one so had to choose the less dirty. Doesn’t look like a good neighbourhood.
