Independent extra large luxury studio flat

Location perfect, especially for IOW ferry. Perfect welcoming pub round corner by bus stop.

Sharp corners of bed, cut my leg quite badly in first few minutes there! Maybe you could put some covers on them for clumsy people like me.

The room was clean with a few extras (t bags & bottled water). City centre & Quay walkable.

When we arrived the front door was open & the keybox numbers were not scrambled. The door to the room needs an extra lock on it, I didn't feel safe at night & the door kept on shaking with either someone trying it or with wind from the front door. The room needs a sink to wash up, the plug in the bathroom needs a new seal as the water doesn't stay in the sink. Lots of noise from others in the flat & shouting at night outside. Dodgy electrics, plugs sparked when switched on & sockets loose.

Rooms were better presented than the outside of the building itself. Very clean and good sized.

No communication beforehand to get the keys from the lock box. Very rowdy locals outside early in the morning. Work was still going on above the accomodation to late at night. Loud banging and sawing and we have young children.

Excellent location for cruise. Very clean, welcome goodies on arrival. Great communication with owner nice kebab shop round corner.

Nice. Good space. Tea/coffee/water on arrival. Good Tv with lots of channels to watch. Would go again. Close to a ship and pub. Only thing was only free parking near it from late Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday. So we went shopping during day and parked their from late afternoon Saturday.

Erhebliche diverse technische Mängel, schwierige Umgebung, nicht sauberes Geschirr, statt Küche nur Geräte - Abwaschen nur im Bad, kein Duschvorleger etc., kleine Fenster für grossen Raum, Mülltonnen direkt unter Fenstern etc., Türschloss wackelig

Sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable but you can still sleep! great little spot
