Lovely Home in Nelson

Great location and got parked outside the house no problem. Very well equipped and has everything you need. Keybox a great idea. Quiet at night so slept soundly. Will come back.

The bathroom sink is very wobbly, causing me concern when hand washing etc The shower head is placed half way down the wall, so not the most efficient shower I’ve had as you have to use the shower head to wash out shampoo etc Bedroom curtain couldn’t open properly to let natural sun in.

It was a lovely big house,lovely furnishings,comfortable bed and an good location for me as it was very near everywhere I needed to be! We had a problem with a blown fuse the maintenence guy came within 15 mins,he was a very friendly pleasant guy who soon fixed the problem..Thankyou!

Apart from the fuse going in the cooker which tripped all of our lights I wouldn't mark that down as these things happen. My only problem was the bottom oven was pretty disgusting it was full of bits and was thick with grease

I’m so disappointed in this property it was nothing like the pictures or reviews! Clearly hadn’t been cleaned since the last people stayed - no clean towels left dirty towel on radiator, no pillow cases on bed, rubbish left throughout the house, bin full of rubbish and sticky stuff on most sides, weird stuff in freezer and things left in fridge. Exposed wires everywhere clearly a danger to people especially kids!! Tv doesn’t work, holes all over the walls, curtain falling off the rail. Just over all a really dirty disgusting place to stay. Would not recommend at all. Shouldn’t even be allowed to take bookings here! I want my money back

I was pleased that it was all cleaned up for me as I loved the nostalgic and contemporary look of the place. It really had a homey feel to it, I am happy I made my choice to book this place! It’s tucked away yet with all shops and amenities close at hand. Internet was fast and reliable which was good for my requirements. There are interesting pieces around the house all uniquely styled in a shabby chic fashion which really adds appeal to the place. The host was extremely nice and helped me with almost everything that I could require during the stay. This place is very good for work, short stays, extended stays almost any because they have the means to meet any requirement. The setting may look rustic but everything was functional as well as comfortable. For people seeking a unique and cozy place, I would highly recommend this place. Would definitely book again.

The quirky decor might not be everyone's cup of tea, but it definitely added character to the place!

Couch was comfortable

No TV in bedroom. No sockets in bedroom. Bathroom sink not attached to wall. Shower head way too low. Couldn't alter the heating. It just needs a little attention to detail.

Boiler wasn't working so couldn't turn heating on was very cold during the night and in living room.
