Clean, quiet, nice amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer. It was nice to have a market located right across the street. There was two really good restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

The main floor did not have heat. Our stay was in the winter and we had to seen our time in the beds rooms. Not terrible.

Lovely apartment that is close to the center and easy access from the highway. 2 bedrooms one of which was huge on busy street side. If you are a light sleeper use the smaller bedroom. Fully equiped kitchen. Nice to sit outside (off kitchen) facing the ocean.

The apt is next to a local prison. All appeared safe in day as even a grocery store in front. At night, my boyfriend did not feel safe walking back to the apt. No hot water in both bathroom sinks.

It was perfect for us, great accommodations , great location and very clean, good AC in bedrooms, great balcony! Washer a great option!

La casa está muy bien y tiene todo lo que se necesita, desde muchísimas toallas (incluídas toallas de piscina) hasta sal, azucar, café, cápsulas para la lavadora, papel film... Además al llegar nos habían dejado una botella de agua y una bolsa con panecitos.

Por la noche había algo de ruido de coches.

A localização que permite caminhar 10 minutos até ao centro de Ponta Delgada, com uma vista soberba para o mar.

Appartement vaste, moderne, bien équipé, vue mer depuis la terrasse, lave linge et seche linge, propreté irréprochable. Pas de remise en main propre des clés, mais une video explicative très claire.

Quartier animé et musique tard le soir, que l'on entend bien depuis la chambre qui donne sur la rue.
