Good location, clean, price(what I would expect for mid October),

Pages of rules, I'm handicapped (need a cane to get around) they gave us a 2nd floor room although I had requested one on the 1st floor when booking, toilet seat is too low, very noisy HVAC, unexpected nor'easter suddenly predicted 4 days before our reservations tried to swap for the following weekend they said no! Was very stormy the 3rd day, interesting watching the very large waves crash on Moody Beach.

Property was close to everything but far enough away from the center of town where we didn’t have the traffic

The beds are extremely firm and the sinks are outside and of the tiny bathroom.
