La camera e il bagno ampi e funzionali, la posizione strategica e la disponibilità di parcheggio in loco, la silenziosità del luogo (purtroppo non si può dire altrettanto di certi coinquilini irrispettosi degli altri ospiti).

Scomodissima la porta pieghevole del bagno, che crea ingombro all'interno del bagno stesso (inspiegabile la scelta del costruttore, dal momento che lo spazio della camera è tale da permettere il movimento di una porta tradizionale). Quando le persiane non sono oscuranti, bisogna prevedere un tendaggio pesante e appunto oscurante.
