The location , the host he text but never saw him, he send another person , gave us the keys, the bed was ok

Too old was remodeled but felt like donjon too dark the room had only 2 lights and one side of the room was black made it darker and had musty old smell, had windows to an alley, the towels were air dried kind of rough on the skin, I was there only 2 nights,

Tutto, dalla location assolutamente centrale ma tranquilla, alla pulizia impeccabile e alla cortesia della proprietaria che ho trovato davvero poche volte a questo livello. La stanza è grandissima, viene venduta come monolocale ma in realtà ha una stanza da letto separata e un grande soggiorno con angolo cottura. Bagno con grande doccia in vetro e fornito di tutti i prodotti. Palazzo molto tranquillo, ristrutturato in chiave moderna ma appena fuori ci si trova nell’allegri caos del centro di Catania

Antonella was a fantastic host – she checked in regularly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. She started our stay with great local restaurant recommendations, all of which turned out to be excellent. The place itself was really comfortable and spacious, with a modern interior finished to a very high standard. It felt secure too, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay. The location is right in the heart of everything, just a minute from some really cool bars and eateries. We also used it as our base to explore Taormina and Ortigia, which was perfect. All in all, it was a great spot to stay. Next up for us was Lake Como, but I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re heading that way!

Location is excellent. Ideally situated for exploring - 8 mins walk to the heart of the city, Piazza del Duomo The apartment is situated in an impressive former palace building which has been converted to a modern style but still incorporates large vaulted ceilings. Our apartment was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. There was a small selection of drinks and snacks in the room, a kettle and a Nespresso machine. There was a smart TV in the bedroom and lounge, and free WiFi which worked perfectly. Our host kept in contact with us via WhatsApp to make sure we enjoyed our stay and the staff who looked after the apartment were very friendly and helpful. im giving the accommodation a 10/10.

Sehr komfortabel und gemütlich. Mir gefällt das super modern und auch minimaliste einrichtung am besten. Die Badwanne wurde von und am meisten benutzt. Ein Klassiker und war sehr erholsam!

Die Umgebung ist in der Nacht etwas lauter.

Przepiękny, bardzo czysty apartament. Doskonały kontakt z hostem. Powitalne regionalne przekąski dodatkowo umiliły pobyt. Dużym plusem są grube ściany i wyciszenie pokoi które dodały komfortu podczas snu. Polecamy wszystkim z czystym sumieniem!

An absolute 10 for this place! The host was so kind and helpful. The apartment was amazing, modern, well maintained, our stay felt luxurious and I couldn’t be more grateful! Central location for Catania, close to the walking area and main attractions. Definitely recommend if you are staying in the area, you won’t be disappointed if you choose this place!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Le dimore del toscano e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. La struttura offre la comodità del parcheggio interno, un grande vantaggio a Catania. L’host è stato molto accogliente e ci ha fatto trovare in camera delle deliziose paste di mandorla, un’attenzione davvero gradita. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta: direttamente su Piazza Stesicoro, lungo il passeggio di Via Etnea e a pochi passi da tutte le principali attrazioni della città. Un alloggio consigliatissimo per chi vuole vivere Catania al meglio.
