There was a time when there was no water. Messaged the owner and caretaker, no response.

The place is as advertised and very accommodating. Even though we checked out late the owner, and the caretaker gives us a little bit of time to pack up. 10/10 in terms of the apartment and the costumer service

All is well.

My relatives were very satisfied with their stay. The property was clean, comfortable and close to the city center.

They were not allowed early checkin. My relatives arrived a couple of hours earlier but the property was not ready. Of course, I understand this and was not a big issue.

Cleanliness and rooms have a/c.

Strong smell of moth balls in the kitchen and rooms. There is a washing machine but during our 1 week stay we were told we can't use it. Water heater is not working. Location is too far from main city. Neighbor's roosters too loud waking us all at 5am. CCTV cam should be outside of the front door and not in the living room(we felt being watched all the time).
