The Old School

Beautifully renovated and decorated, close to the town in the quiet nice area, next to the nature reserve. The apartment was beautifully done and had all the appliances and kitchen equipment. The host was really lovely and communicative. The venue has a beautiful braai area and garden.

The quiet location, within walking distance to the town. Lots of space with all amenities. Wonderful feel to the grounds. Would definately return.

Minor point, but the lights in the bedroom are way to bright.

The room was spacious and well equipped.

When sitting inside the room (which we were forced to do because of bad weather), you don't have a view outside, as the room has very high windows. The braai area is communal, which is great for a big group occupying the entire school, but could be problematic if one have to share with strangers

The rooms were lovely, tastefully decorated and spotless. Tea, coffee, rusks and complimentary bottle of wine were provided, which was very thoughtful. It was an old building with very high ceilings so we thought we’d feel the cold but there was a gas heater ( for power outages ) and it was quite comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

A fireplace would have been great for winter evenings but it being a historic building possibly not feasible to install. I should have checked beforehand though.

Wow so much attention to detail, super clean, loved everything about this place and can't wait to go back
