Accesul pe terasa, cu priveliștea răsăritului dar și a orasului. Accesul facil la gara și în centrul orașului.

În tot apartamentul erau infiltratii de la acoperis/terasa, și din aceasta cauza pereții erau coscoviti și era miros de igrasie/umezeala. Iala de la intrarea în apartament trebuie manevrata cu grija, altfel se da peste cap și nu se deschide ușa.

The terrace and the amazing view of the city are by far the highlights of this place. The apartment however has several issues that a traveler should be aware of.

The apartment is quite small and rickety, and it’s located on the top floor without an elevator, so be prepared to carry yourself and your luggage up five or more flights of stairs. On the day of our arrival, we were informed that the AC was broken. When we arrived, we also found large plastic sheets taped to the ceilings in both the bedroom and dining room. We’re not sure whether the roof was leaking, since it didn’t rain during our stay. The biggest issue, however, was the bathroom. It had a very strong smell of rot and moisture, likely due to mold growth. We realized where the problem was coming from when we tried to shower. Because of the faulty bathtub design, it’s impossible to take a shower without water spraying behind the tub and onto the floor. We had to thoroughly mop the bathroom after every use, and it’s easy to see how this ongoing moisture issue could lead to mold and rot. To sum it up: the terrace above the apartment is incredible, but the apartment itself has some serious issues that need to be addressed, and potential guests should be aware of them.

Baumängel. Es wurden Malerplanen an die Decke geklebt, zum Schutz vor herabfallenden Putz. Keine Möglichkeit einen Schrank oder andere Staumöglichkeit zu nutzen, da überall besetzt. Soll heißen, nicht leergeräumt.

Peu d'équipements, pas de wifi

The location of the flat was fantastic, with a breathtaking view. The host welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. Overall, it made our stay incredibly enjoyable.
