Stanza umide, odore dì umidità , bagno cieco!

La casa è molto umida e mancano totalmente appendini per appendere asciugamani e altre cose, molto scomodo.

The location was good. We could walk out the door and have our needs met.

Lack of communication with the host. This accommodation was listed as a two bedroom unit. It was actually one bedroom with a single bed in the kitchen. There were two of us. Two friends. One bed in the bedroom was made up. The single bed in the kitchen had no sheets on it or pillow. We asked for it via phone when we found out and were told the sheets would not be available until the next day so my friend slept on a bed without any sheets. The person that gave us, the keys said their bed would be made the next day. It was not made the next day and they implied that we were told that we had to pick up the sheets a few blocks away and deal with it ourselves. They never said this to us and so somebody brought two sheets over late in the evening on the second night. no blanket no pillow. They said they didn’t make the bed because there were two of us and they just “assumed” we would be sharing a bed. We paid for the unit because it was listed as a two bedroom unit. Absolutely not a two bedroom unit. And they weren’t very nice twisting words around. The cleaners came at 9:40 in the morning and we had to be out at 10 o’clock. We felt rushed and we had to pay for luggage storage since our train did not leave until later in the day. No luggage storage was available at the reception except at a cost, which was a few blocks away. I would not recommend this place.

The apartment was very quiet, being located in a pretty cute inner courtyard. Additionally, the flat was nicely furnished, even though some towel racks in the bathroom wouldn't hurt.

We did read other reviews stating the flat smelled like humidity and mold, and unfortunately we had the same experience. Additionally, the doormat gets soaked with water whenever it rains, which is a sanitary and safety hazard, as you will get your shoes wet before entering the flat every time. Additionally, communicating with the host was difficult at times, as they wouldn't reply to our questions. Yet they would offer us all kinds of deals, as they also have a traveling agency, or remind us about the check-out too many days in advance which would give us the impression that they expect us to leave sooner.

Excellent location, closed to bus/train station and the old part of Bari. Very spacious and comfortable. The lady from the agency who meet us was very responsive to all our needs.

The smell of mold and damp is probably because it is located in a coastal city. I can't judge if it's normal or not as I haven't been to another coastal town.

The location is perfect, really close to the old town, the city center and the beach ! The staff was very kind and helpful and had some really good offers for sightseeing and car rentals ! Overall a great choice !
