Had to pay £250 excess after booking. Majorly effected our stay as didn't have enough spends.

The apartment was located in a convenient location with a short walk to groceries stores, restaurants, bus stop and train station. A Taxi wait area was also conveniently located near to the apartment. The apartment was clean, with working appliances and had all you need for your stay.

The building where the apartment is located is poorly maintained. There was garbage and spiderwebs in the lobby and on the stairs all the time.

The room was nicely presented and close to city center (15 mins by bus) and there were plenty of nearby shops for supplies.

The neighbour downstairs banged on the ceiling A LOT (keep in mind we were very quiet). Also the was only 1 roll of toilet paper when we got there and the shower drain was clogged, fixed both issues but shouldn't have to.

Location is just okay

On a very noisy street and a very rough area Lots of drinkers outside all day especially at nighg Only 2 to weeks and 1 toilet roll to last us the entire weekend £250 Deposit wasn’t released to my bank for 31 days and customer service agents just sent back generic and unhelpful messages

I liked the location, although there were loads of steps to haul heavy bags up

The bed wasn't assembled properly, the slats were sliding all over the place. Just sitting down wrong would make the bed slats shift, causing the bed to fall beneath the frame (I had to fix it about 5 times) . I was there for a week and only given one partly used (or very small) toilet paper roll. The silverware was greasy and used and I had to rewash it before using it myself. The remote for the TV didn't work 75% of the time (I even bought new batteries for it, bupkiss). The shower shut off if it got even marginally hot, resulting in me having to reset the fuse 3 or 4 times. And the "table" in the apartment is clearly for a small outdoor patio and not on an apartment. Won't be staying here again.
