Ho prenotato chiedendo il check-in anticipato, la mia richiesta è stata accettata ma non è stato possibile entrare all'orario da me richiesto, per cui ho dovuto trovare un'altra soluzione. Poco male, ma il fatto che non abbiano accettato la richiesta di rimborso attesta la poca serietà.
