The apartment above us had heavy feet, and were up all hours of the night.

if you dont have a car, this property might not be for you. But if you dont mind taking longer uber/lyft trips then it'll be also ok. Also, if you can't walk up stairs or lift your luggage, be advised, there is no elevator. I stayed on the 3rd floor but i believe they have 1st floor and 2nd floor units too. so you will have to make a request. also, there is no walkable stores / restaurant to visit. hence rental car or uber is required. one night, i had to order ubereats and no issues. This property is North of downtown Austin, and south of Domain. Its very clean, modern. I had a two bedroom suite (there was just me haha). Coffee pods, snacks and water was provided (and the water wasn't the weird water, it was Evian). Also provided was garbage bags, detergent (kitchen and laundry), hand sanitizer, kitchen brushes (all new). There is a TV in each room, they run on Android tv, so you can chrome cast, or log into your netflix, amazon or hulu account. No cable tv. the washrooms were stocked, towels, soap, shampoo, hand moisturizer etc.. air con is new and works properly as a guy from way up north, I kept my suite a nice 69 degrees. management is pretty responsive and willing to help if something is wrong. Remember to read their emails and instructions, its imperative. my only real complaint is that the master bedroom mattress was very lumpy.. some previous guests had a little too much "fun" or they had kids do a WWE death cage match on the mattress.
