Peaceful location Away from hustle of town. Good eco credentials. Plunge pool good to cool down in. Good breakfast.

Steep approach (have to transfer from car to tuk tuk) so quite a trek home. No soundproofing at all. Groundsman started sweeping around chalets early morning so no chance of a lie in

Heerlijk verblijf gehad hier. De huisjes zijn mooi en schoon, het ontbijt was fantastisch en de mensen zijn super behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ligt op loopafstand van het centrum van Ella dus voor een paar dagen Ella zit je hier zeker goed. We hebben ons hier heel welkom gevoeld!

We had limited time in Ella and wish we could have stayed longer. We loved the accomodation at GagaBees. The hotel is tucked up in the hills allowing you to feel a mile from anywhere but you aren’t taking advantage only a short walk from the main streets of Ella. The hotel is up a steep hill but it’s fine to walk and the newer diesel engine tuk tuks will take you up as well, you just need to ask a few to find one. The staff at the hotel are so warm and engaging, they will go out of their way to help you with anything you need. Although, you will want for very little! The breakfasts were beautiful and the pool is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring and hiking. The rooms are excellent, there is no AC but this was not an issue, even on a very hot day, the location of the rooms kept the beautifully cool and a fan was all we needed. The bathrooms are so cool. We used the mosquito nets at night but didn’t actually see any bugs or mosquitos in the rooms kept at all. The property is also the home of the two best dogs, Lola and Marco made our children’s stay!

Super süßes Hotel in Ella. Das Personal war so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück wurde schön vorbereitet und war köstlich.

Het was een super fijne rustige plek midden in de natuur! Een kleinschalige accommodatie met 6 hutjes en een top team wat je verblijf helemaal afmaakt.

We wisten op voorhand dat het een stijle weg naar boven was, dat was inderdaad even klimmen maar geen reden om niet te gaan!

Il modo giusto per definire la struttura credo sia Eco Lodge. Completamente immerso nella natura, capanne con il tetto di paglia e silenzio totale. I ragazzi davvero carini e gentili sempre a disposizione e sempre sorridenti. Il tutto va preso con l'ottica del lodge rustico e essenziale, mettendo in conto di poter trovare anche animali come rane o gechi all'interno. Meravigliosi i due cani.

Unica peccato le posizione, dato che per arrivarci serve per forza il tuk tuk ma non tutti accettano di portarti in quanto non arrivano in cima, e una parte della salita è da fare comunque a piedi, non è un dramma ma a fine giornata stanca. Aria condizionata non presente.

Tanto el entorno como la cabaña estaba super cuidado estubimos muy agusto y el personal fue muy atento y agradable con nosotros.

Teníamos ardillas y demás fauna por la cabaña, nada reseñable teniendo en cuenta que es sri lanka 😅
