Appartamento confortevole e pozione ottima🤝🏼

Io, mia moglie e i nostri due figli di 5 e 8 anni abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 9 notti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. È l’ideale per famiglie: spazioso, ben attrezzato e situato in una posizione eccellente per raggiungere facilmente la spiaggia di San Lorenzo, il centro storico di Vieste e la Marina Piccola. Nei dintorni ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e locali dove mangiare, tutti a pochi passi. L’appartamento è dotato di aria condizionata, cucina ben equipaggiata, frigorifero spazioso, tavolo comodo per mangiare e acqua calda sempre disponibile. Dispone di due camere con letti grandi e comodi e di una terza camera con un letto a castello moderno e funzionale, anch’esso molto confortevole. C’è inoltre una lavatrice perfettamente funzionante e un terrazzino dove stendere i panni. Ampi armadi e cassettiere permettono di sistemare comodamente i vestiti. Un grande valore aggiunto è la disponibilità del proprietario: sempre gentile, presente e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, ci ha fatto sentire accolti e a nostro agio fin dal primo giorno. Anche il vicinato è stato sempre cortese e gentile, contribuendo a rendere l’atmosfera ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una soluzione pratica e confortevole per una vacanza a Vieste

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per due notti e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La casa è pulitissima, spaziosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. Si respira subito un’ottima sensazione di comfort e tranquillità. La posizione è super comoda: vicinissima a tutto, dal centro storico alla spiaggia, con bar, ristoranti e supermercati raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Nonostante la vicinanza ai punti d’interesse, l’appartamento è silenzioso e perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in giro. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole, torneremmo volentieri e lo consigliamo senza dubbio!

Absolutely everything was perfect from a location that is ideal to an apartment that is impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessities for both short and long stays. The host is someone who takes care of everything, i.e. every guest, honestly, for example, my middle daughter's phone fell out behind the bed in the children's room and we couldn't reach it, but he was in the apartment in 10 minutes and solved the problem, although I offered that he didn't have to right away, but when he found the phone, he should send it to our address. This means that he cares and that it is important to him that as a guest you feel welcome and help whenever you need it. We don't even whant to talk about the beauties of Viesta, it bought me for a lifetime it's a pity that we didn't book longer than 2 nights because it's worth staying here for 10 days because everything was perfect

The property is the Center of Vieste close to a huge parking (paid). Spacious and clean rooms, although one of the rooms (with bunk bed) has an opening on the wall into one bedrooms so there’s an issue of privacy if you’re travelling as a group especially for couples. The hosts were very friendly and nice. The kitchen was equipped well. There were air conditioners was sufficient for the entire house. Overall, I’d recommend staying here.

In my opinion the amenities provided were very basic for an almost €200 a night listing. Towels were provided but no bath amenities such as shower gel or shampoo which I think these days is quite common to be provided by private hosts. There was a washing machine but no detergent. What definitely surprised me was the fact that, even toilet papers were not provided at a sufficient amount for the duration of stay. 2 rolls for 5 guests for 4 nights is not considered “reasonable amount”. When I asked the hosts if they can provide more I was told such items are considered complimentary and they don’t provide more. Improving the amenities which are actually not that expensive might go a long way in improving the comfort of the guests.

Spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms, one is small with double deck bed, located very close to the huge port parking, basically you have to leave your car at the parking - Vieste is not possible to park inside - with the many small authentic streets. Gorgeous city- everything is on walking distance - old city 6-7 minutes, the port is 1-2 minutes, shops restaurants 5 minutes in the same time quite.

We like everything, may be for us was a little expensive, but it was difficult to find apartment with two bedrooms - so it was ok.
