Staf memasak untuk breakfast di dapur villa. Tepat waktu. - parkir mobil on-site. Aman. - lokasi strategis. Dekat jalan Lungsiakan dan Jl raya Kadewatan. Banyak resto di sekitar situ.

The staff were the highlight of our stay. Anngi and Dessy were wonderful – kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. Communication before arrival was excellent, and they immediately agreed to our request for early check-in, which we really appreciated. The villa itself is beautiful and very "Ubud-style", set high up with a lush jungle feel. The kids absolutely loved it. The master bedroom on the lower level was spacious, cool, and very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were especially lovely. The upstairs bedrooms worked well for the children, and the pool was exactly as pictured, with a picturesque jungle setting. Breakfast was cooked fresh on site each morning, which was a nice touch. The staff also helped organise a birthday setup for our son (this was a paid service). Overall, the space did feel like home during our stay, and the warmth of the staff made a big difference.

The layout of the villa was not clear from the listing. The property involves a full flight of stairs, which surprised us on arrival. The kitchen is outdoors, family meals were upstairs, and the indoor lounge area was very small and not practical for a family to relax together. The floors are extremely slippery. Our youngest slipped upstairs and unfortunately chipped his tooth, which was upsetting. Out of the pool the floor is slippery to the main bedroom. The location is a little further out of town, which was fine during the day. However, the access road is narrow, and returning at night felt intimidating for us. One driver went over the side - with us in it!! Knowing this in advance would have helped us feel more prepared. Having clearer photos and information about the stairs, layout, and access would have helped us decide whether this villa suited our family.

The staff stole my money, branded watch and a diamond tennis bracelet. And they seem to not understand english when we told them. The watch was a gift from someone special

Quiet place surrounded by nature. Good pool to relax and kids to play at the end of the day. Fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Comfortable beds. TV was a smart TV. Lovely and friendly staff. Overall wr had an amazing stay.

朝食が美味しい。細い道に入った先だがglabは車もフードも対応して問題ありませんでした。

冷蔵庫の棚と製氷皿がなかった事くらいです。
