Ubud Harmony Private Villa and Pool

- Frühstück konnte aus 4 Varianten gewählt werden und wurde direkt in der Villa zubereitet - Cherry hat sich direkt um aufgetretene Probleme gekümmert und war immer erreichbar

- die 2 Jungs vom Staff waren zwar immer da, aber Müll wurde tagelang liegen gelassen und der Aschenbecher nie geleert - große Flecken auf dem Bettlaken - gegenüber der Villa ist eine Baustelle, die von früh bis Nachmittag Lärm macht. Dafür kann Cherry nichts, aber es wäre fair sowas vorher zu erwähnen. - laut Anzeige bei Booking wird vom Pool aus der Blick auf Reisfelder versprochen, aber da sind gar keine - mehrere Türen der Zimmer klemmen und lassen sich nur schwer öffnen/schließen

Proximity to the centre

We stayed from 19th to 26th Octobre 2024. Breakfast was extremely poor, little choice and tasteless. Ground floor bedroom very damp, unbearable smell of mould. Massive cockroaches in bedroom dead and alive Dirty swimming pool with no filtration We booked this Villa 9 months before arrival and we were never told a hotel started being built 6 months ago. This will go on for at least a couple of years right opposite the Villa The noise started at 8 am until late in the evening, unbearable noise, dust everywhere. Could not sit by the pool without having our eardrums pierced. The lounge room was useless as was tiny and insociable. The seating on either below or upper terrace very uncomfortable due to very hard chairs, no comfort. We ended up leaving first thing in the morning and last thing at night to avoid the Villa Dirty kitchen all around Staff invaded our privacy, there all the time they were there sat in a corner not doing anything, did not feel comfortable with it.

Es war direkt ein paar Meter gegenüber eine laute Baustelle, die von morgens früh Krach machten, so dass wir davon früh geweckt wurden.Der Pool war dreckig und dias Personal übergriffig ,Sie gingen während unserer Abwesenheit in unsere Zimmer und drehten die Klimaanlage aus. Die Besitzerin wollte den Pass meines Mannes einziehen, als wir uns über die Lautstärke beschwerten .Sie wollte dann , dass wir sofort ausziehen und wir fühlten uns richtig bedroht, denn sie wollte die Polizei holen. Ich fiel die Treppe die letzten Stufen runter, da es im Treppenhaus so dunkel ear und dadurch eine Stufe verpasste.

Das habe ich oben bereits geschrieben, da unser Aufenthalt wirklich dort nicht schön war.Außerdem gab es kein Geländer bei dem Treppenaufgang zur Haustür, was richtig gefährlich war.

Рядом идет строительство, днем немного шумно. Но это временно.

The villa was extremely comfortable for the five of us, with spacious rooms, large beds and (importantly) good air conditioning. We also loved the private pool. Our host, Cherry, was really kind, always responded to us quickly and was very helpful.

We would have liked some different breakfast options, as for us sandwiches aren't really breakfast. Something like banana pancakes to start the day with would have been perfect!
