The staff were very friendly and helpful, they provided free lifts and pick ups to surrounding areas. The villas were stunning and very quiet. Food was great!

Staff were friendly . Spa service was incorrectly advertised , no flower soak , instead compensated with a longer massage .

The cleanliness of bathroom . Room had a musty smell to it . Aircon dripped the whole night , flooding the floor . Toilet did not flush properly .Pool was dirty so not used . Breakfast was pathetic . Food was cold , not visually pleasing. For what you pay , it was insufficient for two people Dinner at restuarant was cold , not good value for money .

We liked the shuttle service to various locations near the hotel.

The rooms and surroundings could be cleaner as there was visible dust in light fixtures and near the pool and surroundings, the pool shower was also visibly dirty, the spa in the bathtub was really dirty as we tried to use it once and the water got dirty after we turned on the spa.

Everything was great! We managed to get a free upgrade which was the exact villa I wanted! Absolutely stunning views and the room itself was amazing!

One of the best stay of my bali trip, wonderful villas, very clean and top notch service. Loved every bit of it. And special thanks to Yuda for kind and lovely service.
