Sobe su čiste i komforne a u prizemlju je odličan restoran (obavezno probajte njihov DM doručak i odlične lepine). Objekat je udaljen oko 400 metara i od glavnog trga i stare tvrđave.

Definitely the breakfast is the best part of staying here, the cleaning lady was very friendly also two guys from the staff help me to fix the television

There is no receptionist at all a member from the restaurant helped me to do check in

De locatie is prima mooie kamer en het is superschoon. Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk. Een heel erg goede plek om Novi Pazar en omgeving te verkennen.

De kamer die we geboekt hadden bleek helemaal geen raam en balkon te hebben, zoals bij de kamergegevens staat. Daardoor moesten we omboeken naar een duurdere kamer. Beetje vreemde move. Verder hoort koffie of thee niet bij het ontbijt en moet je deze apart afrekenen.
