Everything. It was confirmed and i paid but when i came, the receptionist said it was fully booked and they changed my room to another location, which was so dirty. AVOID THIS AT ALL COST

HUEverything was really dirty and untidy. Very small room like a rat hole. Bad smell everywhere. The wifi was not working.
The stuff was nice and helping, but it didn't change the experience.
