The villa manager arranged pick up from the airport and taken to the villa even at 1am. The location was great just around the corner from Eat Steet. The bedrooms were HUGE

The location and the pool. Kadek was nice and pleasant too.

Our excitement upon arrival turned out to be unpleasant when there was no water in the shower. We had to wait a couple of hours while they fixed the waterpump. As we weren’t able to freshen-up after our long flight, our plans got delayed. Water still wasn’t fixed when we got back, and when the water came out, it was yellow-ish. As modern as the villa looks in the picture, the furniture and fittings are very much worn out, eg: the fridge, kitchen tap, cabinets and the mattresses were soft too. Dressing table and floor were dusty when we came, and they didn’t come for cleaning the next day as it was a holiday according to them. I dont recommend their home-spa treatment either. This is my 9th time in Bali, and this is officially my 1st bad villa review.

Huge, the master bedroom is like an apartment in itself. Great aircon. Multiple living areas. Pool gets sunlight. Staff fantastic

The aircon was very loud/needed maintenance. I advised the staff to get it looked at once we left.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Kadek and staff were absolutely amazing, they came every day to clean and were super lovely and helpful with any of our concerns. The Villa is very Large and open which was nice to have for the family. The pool was nice and clean, a little bit on the colder side but perfect for when the weather is so warm. The beds were super comfy with high pillows and the bedding was clean and comfy. The larger bedroom upstairs is huge and very spacious also the large walk in robe and ensuite was great. You can hear the staff from the restaurant from the toilet window but at night time you can close off the ensuite door and you wont hear anything. The Smaller bedroom was still quite big and spacious and cosy, with walk in robe and ensuite. This room you could hear alot of the construction going on outside and people talking right outside the windows which was quite loud at times, but most nights at bed time they had stopped, the only loud noises were the aircons, if you are a deep sleeper you will be fine. Towels were replaced most days and bedding once a week if needed, also plenty of beach towels for the pool. You can also rent scooters from Kadek which was so handy as they sat in the garage so we just had to let her know what days we needed it. The villa is close to alot of restaurants and not far from the main street. It took about 15-20 mins to walk to the beach but this was good exercise. If you are feeling lazy you can ride yourself or get on a Grab bike for about $1 - 1.50. Over all we enjoyed our stay and made the most of everything.

The villa is a but outdated, some wooden boards along side the pool were broken and our child hurt her foot but Kadek put a towel over it at all times so we were aware to avoid doing this again. The kitchen is in need of an update, the fridge works well enough but it very warn out. The kitchen cooking utensils need to be replaced as the cutting knifes were not sharp and the fry pans were no good, loosing the non stick really bad etc. The washing machine is very loud and didnt wash our clothes that great. There is also a sound bar which didnt work so we used our little sound speaker for music instead.
