"Très bon séjour malgré les petits bémols cités plus haut."

Accueil très aimable. L'appartement est assez vétuste, mais tout y est :-) et la propreté est ok. On bénéficie d'une petite cour intérieure et d'une terrasse privatisée, et on a vraiment l'impression de vivre comme des habitants de Syracuse !

Une rénovation de la cuisine ne serait pas un luxe...

"Perfekt!"

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Riesige Zimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, ein kleiner Patio und eine große Dachterrasse, wo man den Sundowner zu sich nehmen und den Tag ausklingen lassen kann. Der Gastgeber hat uns persönlich empfangen, vorab haben wir mit ihm über WhatsApp kommuniziert. Er hat uns einen Parkplatz freigehalten, Wasser in den Kühlschrank gelegt, Süßigkeiten vorbereitet und sogar Kaffee-Pads zur Verfügung gestellt! Besser geht es nicht und nochmals vielen Dank! Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einem ruhigen Stadtteil von Syrakus, die Brücke zur Altstadt ist nur ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, genauso kurz ist es zu den Ausgrabungsstätten.

"A lovely property and great host in a beautiful city"

We had a wonderful week staying at Domus La Terra. The property was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The location was perfect for us. It was a short walk into the city centre and all of the attractions. The communication from Concetto, our host, was great. We would highly recommend this property.

"Fantastic house with everything you can need!"

Huge clean and comfortable house equipt with everything you need for a holiday. Well stocked kitchen, washing machine, great terrace and courtyard and really good location. There’s a fruit shop 1 minutes walk away and local places to eat close to the house if you don’t want to walk 10 minutes into the old town. We hired bicycles on our first day and rode everywhere. Friendly, helpful owner who met us upon arrival and explained what we needed to know about the home.

"a home from home."

Concetto stond ons op te wachten. hij had een parkeerplaats voor de deur geregeld. Alles, maar dan ook alles was in het appartement. Van olijfolie tot koffie tot amandelmelk tot frisdrank en cake.

Het ligt twintig minuten lopen van Ortigia. Dat was iets verder dan we dachten, maar het liefdevolle verzorgde appartement maakt dat meer dan goed.

"Very Good"

La terrasse est magnifique, la maison très grande, l’accueil chaleureux, un hôte des plus gentils.

La climatisation est déficiente. La salle de bain a besoin d’amour… ( moisissure dans le bas de la douche).
