Je m'attendais à une belle vue sur la montagne.
GBWonderful view from the back; amazing dawn chorus; very hot water all the time; great kitchen facilities; great location for walking the nearby trails through the olives; just the right distance from the the busy centre. Reminds me of how Greek hotels used to be; most enjoyable no frills stay...would go again without hesitation.
CAThe property owner/hostess was fantastic. Location was excellent in terms of proximity to Vai, Moni Toplou, and Zakros.
The only negative aspect to the hotel was that it was very musty, the room itself was clean, overall the facilities are dated.

NLDe ligging is perfect, 5min van leuke restaurantjes en binnen 15min diverse mooie stranden. Airco, WiFi en warme douche deden het uitstekend.
Matras is echt aan vervanging toe. Iets te duur voor 1 nacht, maar met 1 nacht bijboeken korting gekregen, dat was een betere prijs.
SEJag äter inte frukost men boendet har en en restaurang som kan ordna både frukost och olika grekiska rätter som t.ex. Moussaka och grekisk sallad. Det finns en bra balkong i rummet med sol på eftermiddagarna. Palekastro, där boendet ligger, är litet och det är gångavstånd till två fina stränder. Det är också nära till Kretas palmstrand (Vai) men dit är det cirka 9 km.
Skällande hundar och galande tuppar. Det finns flera hönsgårdar på baksidan av boendet och även lösspringande hundar. Detta stör mycket på nätterna, här är det inte trafiken som stör utan det är djuren.
