Staff was very supportive and humble, breakfast was amazing and very fresh, definitely will recommended to my friends and family.

The location is good host and staff are warm and friendly. Food prepared was good.

The toilet was not good had plumbing issues and not so neatly maintained. Room was also average.

It’s a good location, we had a last minute booking and were directly welcome. The host was very kind and made a big English breakfast.

It was a very cute, clean and peacefull hotel. The staff was also very friendly and always willing to help! Especially the man at the front desk was very helpfull and kind!

The room is a reasonable size and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was quite good and the dinner we had on the first night was also good. The dining room is pleasant as is the small sitting area on the ground floor.

My biggest issue was the bathroom which was grubby with chipped and broken tiles. There is no shower curtain and the floor gets wet as a consequence. No bath mat or hand towels are provided. Nuwara Eliya can get quite cold and there is no heating at all in the hotel.

It's a fabulous little bungalow situated right in the heart of the city. There's no front yard, front door is directly opened to the street. But once you go inside you'll forget you are in the city, once you walk down the corridor and to the restaurant area you'll step into the nicely maintained backyard garden, and beyond that is the beautiful backdrop of the golf course greenery. The room is tidy and has not many fancy items but you'll get a nice little clean and comfy bed. The owner Mr Prabath and the caretaker Mr Karan both are super friendly. It's worth the money.
