Location was ok - like any other camp there.

We booked it because of AC - guess what - it doesn’t work during the day and barely works at night Want your towels changed? Good luck Want hot or warm water? Good luck Want to have a drink at dinner? Good luck or pay 6 eur for crappy beer

Sehr schickes Zelt. Gutes Essen. Anreise mit Kamel und Abreise mit Auto gut organisiert. Tolles Programm (4 Studen Tour zu dem Berbern angeboten)

Leiter wurde die Klimaanlage über den Tag ausgeschaltet was zur Folge hatte, dass man sich nicht im Zelt aufhalten konnte. Das Gemeinschaftszelt in welchem Frühstück und Abendessen serviert wurde war auch Tagsüber geschlossen und wurde erst gegen 17Uhr wieder geöffnet, sodass es tagsüber keine Möglichkeit gab Essen zu kaufen oder sich in einem klimatisierten Bereich zu setzten. Wegen gebuchtem Tagesausflug kein Problem, das Hotel ist aber NICHT dazu ausgelegt tagsüber m Cap zu verweilen.

The location is exceptional.

As we drove closer to the pickup point we were unable to get in contact with the team. Phone or Booking.com. Luckily when we got there they knew what to do and we proceeded by camel to the tent. Also, we paid for an air conditioned tent. We got that but had to keep asking to turn it on and then in the morning it was shutoff again!!!
