Apartment in Old City Center

The apartment is conveniently located - lots of nice restaurants and local shops in a short walking distance, also many of the attractions are within 10-15 min walk. The apartment is nicely decorated, well equipped with anything you may need for a short, or longer stay. great attention to all details to make you feel convenient as being at home. specifically, as we were a family, having 2 toilets/bathrooms was highly helpful.

Pictures do not do justice to this wonderful apartment- it has very high ceilings which makes the space airy in addition to being immaculately clean and fresh. The place nicely furnished and thoughtfully equipped with new and modern amenities which made our stay comfortable. Even the kitchen was stocked with free tea, coffee etc. Location is perfect - in the old Tbilisi but on a quieter street. We thank our host for organizing the apartment with such care and attention to detail!

Marnia the owner of the house was a great and very warm host. The apartment is great! It's location is excellent, it has all the facilities in it even for a long stay. The apartment is new, cozy, comfortable and spacious. One thing we liked most and chose the apartment for it is that it has 2 bathrooms, including toilet and a shower! We highly recommend it!!!

Everything about the property is EXCELLENT. This a freshly renovated apartment, very close to the Freedom Square,10 minutes by walk. Sparkling clean with all the facilities you need. We were a family with teenage kids, who are picky eaters, so we used the kitchen in the apartment to cook. That made our lives very easy. The toilets were very clean too. There was enough towels, house slippers, fresh bed linen, iron , hair dryer, everything one would need. This was closest to being at home. Special mention to the owner ladies who went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. There was an accident because of which there was no water in the whole area on the last day of our stay, the owners bought cylinders of water and sent for us . You get everything of need closeby, there are enough stores and also fresh fruits and vegetables . Also there is a bakery and many restaurants nearby.I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a homely stay. We stayed here for a week, and would choose this place again .

The location of the apartment is very convenient, eight minutes walking to the Freedom Square. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. The interior of apartment is really clean and tidy. The kitchen includes washing machine, fridge, ample kitchen tools, which made our lives a lot easier. Very lovely apartment! Will definitely revisit if we come to Tbilisi again.

Located in central area of Tbilisi short distance from Freedom Square. We had everything what we needed inside the apartment (exactly the same as the photos) newly renovated lovely apartment. Owner was so kind.
