Cosy one bedroom flat

Electricity went off. The owner rang me late at night when I was at home and was quite rude. The money had ran out of the meter apparently. I couldn’t even have a shower. He thought I had left it on. Totally unacceptable.

The only few things that were reasonably good were the tv, the cooker, the heating and the two sofas

First of all, I checked the bed and everythng was dirty, like no one changed the bed sheets; I had to sleep on the cover. I went to the toilet and the towels were quite wet, like thy were used, while there was no hot water at all; I was there with my little son and the discomfort was evident. Due to the ansence of hot water I sent a message to him but he replied thr morning after, when everything was done with very cold water. When I arrived outside the property, despite my delay that was comunicated in advance, he kept me waiting outside for 10 minutes because I needed to clean the property. I am sorry but it was pretty awful.

On my check-out day, I woke up to find there was no electricity and couldn't contact the host immediately. He eventually replied and intended to top up the meter, but it was too late for me as I was already running late for work. I had planned to stay there again, but this incident changed my mind. The location is great though, with shops and restaurants around.

Zain the owner met us at the property, very pleasant & helpful. The apartment is newly renovated, light & airy wifi very good.
