Penthouse in central area with very large terrace

L'appartement est spacieux, propre et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin. La terrasse est grande et agréable pour manger. Le centre de Lecce se trouve à peine à 15min à pied. Il est facile de se garer dans la rue gratuitement. Tout est parfait!

The location of the apartment is perfect—right next to supermarkets, a bakery, and a fish shop. The tangential road that connects you to all parts of Salento is very close, and the historic center of Lecce is just a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is comfortable, and although the second bathroom is quite small and mainly used as a laundry, it is fully functional. The highlight of the apartment is the very large terrace, beautifully furnished and full of flowers and plants. We enjoyed spending our evenings there, as it is usually well ventilated and very pleasant. Roberta, the host, is very kind and welcoming!

As always, there are minor things that could be improved, but none of them affected our stay in any way.

The location was right for us, very central to the Old Town and trains and buses.

The shower leaked badly.

A truly excellent place to stay in the lovely city of Lecce! The owner was delightful; meeting us on the day and showing us around the flat; really good communication and very welcoming indeed. The place was spotlessly clean, extremely well appointed and had a lovely outdoor space. Beautiful art on the walls and some fascinating books on the shelves. Whilst we only stayed for one night, the bed was the most comfortable of our stay in Italy, the kitchen was just begging us to cook in (really well stocked) and we will very definitely be returning as soon as we can to use the apartment as a base for visiting Lecce and the surrounding area for longer. Thank you for a lovely but very brief stay!
