"The staff seemed to be the guests and the guests seemed to be iin the staff way at late and nights"

Good Internet, free breakfast, phone support from Individual female day reception staff and manager, location.

Only one shower toilet for the whole hostal, loud annoying same music all day long, run down facilities, night and late staff behavior. reluctant of speaking any english or to be there for guest needs, mostly laying around in the lounge, (See pictures) or having food while playing loud stupid smart phone Videos in snapping mode while screaming out loud. Not being allowed in lounge after 10pm, not being allowed out of bed after 23pm in the hostel! Only to get in and out by the reception unlocking the gate every single time. No AC at daytime, freezing cold at nighttime!

El personal de limpieza excelente, por su labor y por su educación.

Los counters algo mal educados, nunca saludan, paran hablando alto, suben el volumen del celular al máximo sin importar si los demás estábamos desayunando algo más tranquilos o no
