FREE waterpark lazy river near Disney Heated pool

It is a very large, lovely house, with a very nice pool and hot tub. Plenty of bedrooms and a second lounge. A code instead of a key is much easier, and appreciated. The trash was picked up multiple times a day, which was amazing. Lovely host, who tried their best to help once they knew about issues. Only 30 mins to Disney but that was via the toll road, which cost us an extra $150 for the two weeks.

The place is quite tatty ( certainly not 5 star), with broken chairs, and chair coverings, dirty curtains, and roaches in the oven/kitchen area. The back door doesn't lock, and neither does the pool area, so the house was always unlocked. There was a blanket missing in one of the rooms, so we needed to go and buy one ( this was before we knew how easy it was to contact the host though!) I really didn't appreciate that we found out AFTER booking/paying that the 'hot' tub is an extra $35 a day to heat but the host did sort this out with us after. We were about 45 mins from Universal, but that turns into 1hr 30 mins coming back on the evening, which wasn't great with 5 tired teens ( next time, we'll book closer) The shower pressure isn't great, and they have very tiny shower heads. The games room was quite useless, with a wonky pool table, arcade machine refusing to turn on, no room to properly play table tennis and ripped posters around the room.

The location was excellent, the size of the facility worked very well for our group of 7 adults and 7 children. The children enjoyed the pool. The beds were comfortable.

The unit was “surface clean” but it needs a deep clean. The carpets and dining room chairs should be replaced. We had issues with the temperature of the pool. We also had issues with the stock of towels, utensils which was remedied with them sending that the next day. We had issues with the garbage disposal and dishwasher, also resolved 2 days later.
