Ein tolles modernes Haus mit allem, was man braucht und noch mehr. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Dazu ein Vermieter, der sich vor und während des Aufenthalts wirklich rührend kümmert.

Da gibt es nichts. Google Maps wies die Zufahrtstrasse im Dorf als dauerhaft gesperrt aus, das war am ersten Tag etwas spannend. Dafür können aber weder Unterkunft noch Vermieter etwas.

Absolutely beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. Michail has done a wonderful job of creating a usable minimal aesthetic in Casa Feliz. Surrounded by the wonderful village of Gerani.

The roads really are very narrow and unmade, but don’t let that put you off visiting!

Die Unterkunft war sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Wir haben hier 8 Nächte verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Der Pool ist so toll und die Ausstattung im ganzen Haus sehr hochwertig. Zur Begrüßung erhielten wir eine Flasche Wein, Raki sowie frisches Brot und Obst. Michails Papa kam während unseres Aufenthalts vorbei und brachte uns nochmal eine Flasche Wein, das war total nett! Michail ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und kümmert sich. Wir waren auch positiv überrascht, dass alle drei Tage das Housekeeping kam. Das Beste: In Laufnähe (2-5 Minuten) gibt es ganz tolle authentische Tavernen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! 😊

La struttura è fantastica, nuova, moderna e super pulita. Michail il proprietario è stato attento ad ogni dettaglio (nonostante abiti nel Regno Unito) e ha offerto un servizio impeccabile (un giorno ci ha fatto recapitare verdure fresche per una insalata greca). La piscina è il pezzo forte dove, soprattutto nostra figlia non voleva mai uscire. La struttura è situata in un piccolo paesino tipico con gente locale, supermercati, bar e ristoranti dove mangiare tipico cibo greco e cretese a prezzi ottimi. Ci torneremo di sicuro!

We have never felt so at home in a place like this. The house and the furnishings are even more beautiful than in the photos! Every time we thought: that would be useful too, it was just there. The swimming pool is lovely, the beds around it are wonderful, the jacuzzi is great. We were welcomed with a whole package of food and a delicious bottle of wine! Thanks to Michail's extensive, great tips, we experienced our holiday like a real local. We saw the most beautiful places and ate in the best restaurants (where we were welcomed half the time as if we were family)! Nothing is too much, Michail has been in constant contact with us, the communication was great and it felt like we were texting with friends. I can't recommend it enough, we will definitely be back! (yes, when the children are a bit older haha). Thanks again for everything!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Feliz! The house was beautifully designed with every detail considered. Michail was an excellent host and gave us lots of local recommendations which we tried and loved! He even left us some fruit and veg from his father’s allotment!

The house is awesome, an absolutely tastefully arranged and wonderfully designed quiet place in between simple houses of a small village. Everything you need is around in short distance and the house does contain everything to feel comfortable, relaxed and easy inside. Communication with the owner was very obliging and easy to get in touch with, lots of wonderful proposals about the area were shared in advance. We felt very welcome and enjoyed every minute.

Very nice and cozy location with a lot of beautiful design and comfort. The little villa has everything you need for a nice relaxing vacation and a lot of privacy. We would recommend to hire a car to reach the villa but take care to select a very small car because the villa is located in a tiny village where it was sometimes already hard to drive with the small car that we booked. So a bigger car will definitely not have a chance to get all the way up.

The villa is located in a small village so from the main pool area you don't have a spectacular view towards to coast. But however the pool area is very nice and true to the pictures here on booking.com
