Very nice apartment with spacious and comfortable, clean rooms. Communication with the host was nice and easy. Self check-in information is simple and accurate.

Apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The owner was very friendly and always willing to help even with train schedules. The location was great. 6-8 min journey by train to Pisa Central made accessibility to Pisa simple with kids. The owner was very understanding when one of the plates was mistakenly broken - there was no extra charge. Help was always close by as the owner stays on the upper floor of the apartment. Bathroom door locking required some adult support. There is a bathtub which the kids loved but unfortunately the water stopper was not sealing enough to fill the bathtub with water. But the kids did not mind. Also, as a light sleeper i was up at 04:30 at the sound of the first train but the rest of the family slept until 08:30 - so I guess I was unlucky, but this did not affect the nice experience of staying at this apartment.

Very friendly hosts. The apartment was clean and had everything available. Comfy beds and plenty of pillows to choose from:)

The bathroom does not have any partition or curtain, so the floor gets very wet and slippery after someone's taken a shower. Would have been good to have a container for mixed garbage and an instruction which waste goes where.

"Lovely"

Amazing location in relation to the railway station, brilliantly close to Pisa! Also, there’s a lovely little bar just near the railway who were very welcoming when we had 40mins to wait for the train.

Slightly noisy, lots of motor bikes and dogs nearby.

"Perfect home away from home."

Manuel and family are so kind and friendly!Rooms were generous and all you needed was provided. Lounge was fitted with a large TV and comfortable sofa. Kitchen was fully kitted and in perfect order.Lovely decor and spotless cleaning. It's a great stay!
