Residenze Vesuviane - Pompei

Bardzo ładne i czyste mieszkanie po gruntownym remoncie, w pełni wyposażone w przedmioty codziennego użytku (pralka, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy itp.) Widok z okien i balkonu na Wezuwiusz. Elisa (właścicielka) bardzo uprzejma, pomocna, empatyczna i uśmiechnięta. Z pewnością będziemy brali ten obiekt pod uwagę przy kolejnej wizycie w okolicy. Z czystym sumieniem możemy polecić to miejsce. Dziękujemy za wszystko Elisa :-)

Bello l'appartamento e la posizione ottima

Perfect location for exploring Naples, Pompeii, Vesuvius, or the Amalfi Coast. While the surrounding area is a bit rough, we never felt unsafe. The entire property is fenced and securely locked, so you can leave your car there with peace of mind. The apartment is newly renovated and spotlessly clean. Elisa was a kind and welcoming host—communication was easy, and it really felt like she was doing everything to make our stay as good as possible.

The only downside, as mentioned in other reviews, is the €30 cleaning fee. It would be much better if this were simply included in the accommodation price—it would make things clearer and more convenient for everyone.

La struttura è nuova, con arredamento di qualità e design contemporaneo. Super pulito, accogliente, accessoriato e luminoso .Il bagno ben arredato, con una doccia molto grande. I letti sono comodi, anche il divano. Gli appartamenti sono dotati di tutti i comfort, compresa aria condizionata e zanzariere. Materassi nuovi, puliti. Le foto sono fedeli alla realtà. La terrazza molto grande si trova di fronte al Vesuvio, che può essere ammirato completamente perché niente ostacola la vista. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere gli scavi di Pompei, vicinissimi ,ma anche tutte le altre attrazioni della zona, da Napoli alla Costiera Amalfitana. La sig.ra Elisa è un host molto disponibile e accogliente e ci ha consigliato le migliori pasticcerie e ristoranti del posto. Consigliatissimo per chi vuole trascorrere dei giorni in un ambiente speciale.

Veramente non c'è niente che non va.

Location is perfect - this is a quiet area close to green slopes of Vesuvius, very quiet (easy to access, but not too close to main road - it's very nice as usually Pompeii area is very noisy). Nice base to reach by car attractions like Pompeii ruins (10 min of drive), Herculanum ruins (25 min of drive), Naples (30 min to Central station). Amalfi coast. The view from private balcony is amazing - to Vesuvius and mountains. The 3 floors house has several apartments. Everything in the apartment is completely new, modern and extremely clean. Kitchen is equipped with gas top, dishwasher, full size fridge, kettle, coffee machine, Two bathrooms for one bedroom apartment are very convenient for the family of 4 persons. The house itself is in secured area with parking slots.

Maybe it's worth to add some more kitchenware and simple things like salt and pepper for cooking. We got immediately what we needed (a few more pots) upon our request by nice host Maria.

Sauber, neu und komfortabel

Beim CheckIn wurde auf einmal eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Benützung der Küche (€30) verlangt. Diese Gebühr wurde in keiner Beschreibung erwähnt. Da wir die Unterkunft nur wegen der vorhandenen Küche gebucht haben, waren wir durch diese Gebühr wie vor den Kopf gestossen! Nachdem wir uns geweigert haben die Gebühr zu bezahlen war die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin auf einmal sehr ‚unterkühlt‘

Hôte très sympathique. L'appartement est neuf et très bien équipé et spacieux. Belle vue dégagée. Très bien localisé pour visiter le Vésuve, Pompei, Herculanium et Naples. Facilités de parking à Ercolana pour prendre le train vers Naples. Parking sécurisé au pied de l'immeuble.
