Location.

EVERYTHING. Our rooms were given away because of the greedy host lady. She didn’t even have the decency to come and physically sort out the issues. She kept rejecting my calls after making me wait for an hour for rooms which were not available. The worst Booking.com experience ever. She rudely said she’d give back the money, at night with limited options available. Eventually, we were redirected to another guesthouse which was way further than what we wanted. We only agreed to the other guesthouse because we were desperate, tired and without alternatives.

I liked the peace of mind. The problem I had was the noise during pool activities but other than that I was satisfied. I also do feel like the rooms need a bit of TLC as there were a couple of things that are broken......shower taps, the bath tub also was not working. The bed sheets had a bit stains in them...... air freshners also needed with soft new towels, atleast two towels will do.

There was no breakfast, the place is very dirty and rundown.

The place is dirty and old, the walls are filthy, the shower looks so disgusting 🤢 the who place is just dingy I'm surprised it's on booking.com

They provided microwave, a fridge and a kettle (which was useful for making my infant food)

There's no room service, the rooms were never cleaned for our 2 nights stay. We also had to share a bathroom with another couple (well, that couple's bathroom is apparently public😩)
