Everything was above expectations. I don't think there are enough nice adjectives for such a warm, kind, hearty, caring... host as Mrs. Sara. And as the owner is, so was the stay here. Beautiful, comfortable, relaxed, warm, smelling. This apartment has a very good energy. If we are ever in the area of ​​La Spezia again, we will definitely come back. Mrs. Sara, thank you for everything!

"Comfortable, immaculate and lovely owner."

The flat was immaculate and very comfortable. It was well equipped and everything worked. The owner communicated well and responded to messages quickly. She met us to check in and explained how to get to Cinque Terre including supplying a local map as well as recommending local restaurants.

Nothing to do with the flat. Our taxi driver from La Spezia Centrale couldn't find it at first, although we found out we could have got off the train at La Spezia Migliarina and walked for 10 mins.

Sara is a very polite and helpful person. The apartment is clean and comfortable. The location is a 10 to 15-minute walk from the train station. The apartment has its own parking space.

"Perfect stay!"

The apartment is very nice and comfortable, with everything that is needed for the stay of a family. It is furnished with taste and attention to every detail. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, tidy and comfortable for cooking. What should I say about the host - Sara was perfect, very attentive, with extremely helpful instructions both regarding the apartment and the stay - nearby shops and restaurants, places to visit. Our family is grateful for the opportunity to be guests at this wonderful place! thank you Sara!
