空間寬敞

未提供室內拖、浴廁也無提供，至少浴廁應準備拖鞋，在未有乾溼分離的情況下比較不會滑倒。店家準備的停車場，不是在ㄧ館或二館的住宅，且距離二館仍有一段距離，提醒住客注意。

房間空間充足，尤其有廚房的小客廳、更衣盥洗區，對於有幼兒的家庭十分方便。

為自助入住，但聯繫時主要集中在繳費事項，並未獲得清楚的相關資訊，比如停車、當天查詢才發現停車場位置不在旅館旁，手忙腳亂地花了些時間釐清。或是只有一張房卡，住四人房進出不易。
