Da Nonno Piero

I absolutely loved my stay at Da Nonno Piero! Veronica was an exceptional host who picked me up from the bus stop and drove me to the apartment where she showed me all the amenities and gave me the keys. Fresh towels were delivered regularly and Veronica also went out of her way to help me when there were difficulties with my driver pick up at the end of my stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the wifi was perfect, the air conditioning was excellent, it was spacious and light and bright. The view from the window was amazing! Ravello is a beautiful town on the Amalfi Coast and I hope to return and stay here again.

The property was in the most amazing location and it was wonderful to get to know the locals as they passed the house every day. Parking was a little difficult and expensive and would think twice about bringing a car to this location, unless you are happy to pay daily. The kitchen was great but needed a few more efficient utensils - there weren’t any knives to chop veggies and we had to use the very blunt table knives. It was a little cold and so would have been nice to have at least a spare blanket and maybe more towels. We only had a towel each for 5 days. Also more supplies of toilet paper would have been good! Veronica was helpful with our questions regarding daily excursions. Because it is a new listing, there are just a couple of house keeping necessities that may need more consideration.

Remember that Italy makes you pay city tax if you stay in the same place for less than seven days (per person) - couple that with parking fees and it can become quite expensive.
