IEThe staffs were amazing, I was in contact with them all the time, I had a issue with my room but they sort it out straight away giving me options to change rooms, my room was not ready but I could stay in their store with A/C , cold water , very nice especially because in Athens was very warm.
I had a water issue in my room and the A/C was not working properly but they changed my room so in the end was perfect , also my ferry was cancelled due bad winds and without a problem I could stay another night in the hotel.

INVery well located in the centre of Piraeus. Walking distance from everywhere.

GRAUThe location was good, close to restaurants. Bars, walking to everything.
The loud music, lots of noise until 6am was very difficult, very bad internet not enough to even make a call, book a hotel.
AUWe loved our stay. Staffs, rooms everything was very good. Staff very helpful. If anyone wants to stay at this apartment please get in touch with them they will organise everything such as pick up drop off, baggage locker at very minimal price.

Told apartment on 8th floor but not told only one of the 2 lifts goes as far as the 8th floor and doesn’t say level8 says Doma! Only 2 glasses and 2 mugs provided for 5 people , no corkscrew or bread knife ,no kettle , no saucepans , no toaster, no blinds or curtains in lounge where 5th person had to sleep , sheets not big enough for convertible settee no pillow provided, No instructions to operate lighting system remote just press buttons and Hope, Same for air conditioning remotes, bedrooms were like a fridge ,even with temperature set to 26 degrees, Only half of the jets in the jacuzzi worked when we eventually found where to turn the power on. Unsecured cupboard in flat that gives access to lift operation !! I have messaged the owner and given them a week to respond before posting this review but they have not come back to me at all, thank goodness it was literally an overnight stop for us
