Great rooms with amazing service, Vagator beach is walking distance and the best of nightlife of vagator is in the close vicinity. Property and rooms are elegantly designed with plants all around and some amazing original pictures of vagator and anjuna locality.

The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. It was quiet enough for me to get a good night's sleep. The manager was very helpful with booking a taxi on new years eve. There is a fridge and a decent mirror but the lighting is aggressive and unpleasant. Environmentally friendly Cardboard breakfast tray served in the room each day. Good location on a well lit main road. Easy to find. One day before check out they told me it was my last day though my booking clearly showed a next day check out. No real issues arose from that except the feeling of "more disorganization". I didnt enjoy the vibe or cleanliness of this shabby substandard room.

On arrival the room was not equipped with water or toilet paper and the cleaning was very poor. Of the 4 power points in the room only one worked. As i checked in late i asked the next morning for the room to be cleaned and stocked and i tipped 1000 rupees. This didnt help. The room was tidied and water and paper provided but it wasnt clean. The floor had intense ground in dirt, the toilet was dirty and leaked when flushed. The towels were folded and reused for 8 days, they didnt provide new ones! When i made payment on day 1 they took the money in GBP not rupee, thus incurring increased charge of £62. Due to the language barrier it took a lot of arguing to rectify and the manager had to show up and resolve it, giving me a cash refund though id paid card. Each day i had to ask for water and a few times for towels but i never got the clean towels. They need to treat areas for pests as a huge 5 inch millipede was in the bed one night! These are a common pest in india but insecticides and proper cleaning can help with this. The drain in the bathroom wouldnt drain fast enough and any shower caused a flood. The electrics were looked at and i was told were now working which was not the case so they just put an extension cable. This made it tricky to do my hair in front of the mirror. The mirror had handprints all over, squished bugs and boogers on the wall. I think this is a result of having male cleaning staff. The bed sheet barely fit the bed. The room was by no means cheap so id expect better service.

Good location

Bathroom smelled disgusting. Not worth the price
