From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the incredible management and staffing team. From the moment we arrived to when we left, they could not have done more to make our stay incredible. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well decorated. The views were EXCEPTIONAL and a true highlight of the accommodation. The rest of the resort also boasted of the same highlights - gorgeous views, clean amenities and stunning interior decoration. Another highlight for us was the activities, we enjoyed a round of golf, bike rides, tree planting and enjoying the beautiful infinity pool (especially at sunrise!!). I also cannot say enough good things about the food - simply incredible. Every meal was delicious and extremely generous portions and three courses! The location is also strategically located near Queen Elizabeth National Park so we were able to do a early morning game drive before the sun rose and the animals hid from the sun. We did an afternoon boat cruise where we saw elephants, hippos and so much more. We will recommend this to all our friends and family and cannot wait to return, thank you.

EVERYTHING! This is a very special place and we cannot wait to return again!! The whole staffing team were so lovely and attentive and made sure our stay was exceptional. The property itself is very clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained… and the Views?! BREATHTAKING! Especially from our room - a gorgeous view of Lake George and the green rolling hills were amazing (especially the sun rises)! We loved the activities - swimming in the infinity pool, playing golf on their course, bike riding, camp fire roasting marshmallows and tree planting. And the highlight was absolutely being so strategically located near Queen Elizabeth National park so we were able to enjoy an early morning Game drive safari (the team organized a great driver and safari vehicle for us!) and also a boat safari along Kazinga Channel. The food was incredible, with daily 3 course meals that were perfection and Always on time! The choices they offered us were a great range of options and we loved everything we ate! Thanks so much for having us, we can’t wait to be back again.

Spent two nights at Lake Gorge View Golf Resort last weekend. Loved it! The infinity pool is pure magic – swimming while soaking in those endless views felt unreal. Loved that they let us do some tree planting too – such a cool way to leave a little mark behind. Best part? The lodge is just minutes away from the starting point for game drives in Queen Elizabeth National Park, so it’s the perfect mix of chill and adventure. Already dreaming about my next trip back!

The resort has a breathtaking view of Lake George, which is simply spectacular. The hike to our family cottage at the top of the hill was an exhilarating experience. The scenic trail wound its way through lush vegetation, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Reaching the cottage, we were rewarded with an unparalleled panorama of Lake George and the surrounding mountains. The resort's commitment to guest experience is evident in every detail. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, every aspect of our stay was carefully curated to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The food at Lake George View Golf Resort was truly exceptional. Each dish was carefully prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and presented with flair. We enjoyed a range of delicious meals, from the traditional Ugandan cuisines The resort's location and terrain gave us a taste of what it's like to hike in the Rwenzori Mountains. The hike to the family cottage was a great introduction to the region's rugged beauty and varied landscapes. The Chef did a wonderful job with the meals. The room was comfortable with a great view of lake George. Resort is located next to Queen Elizabeth National Park so lots of activities like boat cruise on Kazinga Channel, Game drive, etc. We saw many wild animals including Lion, leopard, Giraffes, hippo, crocodiles, etc. Also drove around Kasese town and had ice cream 🍦 Resort is very quiet with a great landscape and sounds of birds in the morning.

The hotel is located near Queen Elizabeth park, making it easy to go for game drives. The view from the pool side and the rooms is stunning, and very quiet which we particularly enjoyed. The food was great as well! And the staff always here to make sure we enjoyed our experience. Would highly recommend it (for at least 3 nights).

Everything was great!

The resort is located in a very calm and quite place. The view is absolutely stunning. The food was good, the staff was already ready to assist and help you. The resort organised pick up from Kampala which was also a very positive experience. Overall, highly recommended stay!

The shower in my room (Rhino) could only provide very hot drizzling shower or a real cold shower. I am sure that the resort will fix this. There were no sunbeds at the pool which was otherwise really nice. The resort said this would come with time.

I recently had the privilege of visiting Lake George View Golf Resort, and it was without a doubt one of the most memorable experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a warm welcome, exceptional service, and a breathtaking natural setting that left me speechless Every morning I woke up to a spectacular view of the lake and surrounding hills. The abundant wildlife, birdsong, and fresh air made every moment magical. The rooms are tastefully decorated, spacious, and offer all the comfort one could wish for. The restaurant serves delicious meals, perfect for a vegetarian like myself. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive – true hospitality shines through in everything they do. Beyond golf, there are plenty of opportunities to relax – from hanging at the pool to nature walks.

The terrain around the resort is hilly, which offers stunning views – but it’s worth noting that the path to the room was fairly steep. For some guests, especially those with limited mobility, this could be a bit of a challenge.

The room was really cozy and had a nice local touch to it. I loved the beds with the mosquito nets they gave the space a relaxing, homely feel. The place was clean, quiet, and had a great view of the lake. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome.
