We extended many days in Thessaloniki, and we booked many times from the Luxury suites, all of their rooms are good, clean, and value for money. The name Luxury suites really fits their rooms! All are really luxury! So worthy! Adoorable, the luxury suites was our favorite rooms ever! Modern, clean and truly luxury! We decided to extend many times our stay not because we love Thessaloniki, but also because the good rooms the luxury suites provides. Quiet rooms! Luxury feels, near to everything (clubs, taverns, etc. ) We had some issue with the water in the end of our stay BUT the staff have helped and responded immediately in professional and satisfying way and was fixed no more than an hour! 👌🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I really recommend booking/staying in their rooms! What ever you see in the pictures here in booking, it is also the same in reality!! We will surely book again with them the next time we will visit Thessaloniki!

The flat had been renewed inside, that was clear. So the picture of the room corresponds to reality. We had a nice double bed, a sofa bed, the staff were friendly to provide more bed sheets and towels, and other things whenever needed. The location was quite central as well.

However, the moment you would step out you would get shocked with the state of the building. It was very old, didn't even seem to be safe. There was an infestation of mosquitoes. We would keep all windows closed at all times, kill the mosquitoes we would find and still have 30 more popping up (no exaggeration). We encounter 2 roaches in the sink right in the first day we had arrived. The washing machine didn't work.

The fact that the owner is a con artist ... life threatening property

The place is full of dirt and stink and spider Web when you enter. Got stuck in lift and then some boys rescued. And full of spider webs also . When I didn't stay there and asked for refund . The owner wrote me on Booking.com the alley to apartment on the 1st floor is clean . Rest building entrance and lift is not his job . And staircase like in haunted house . This is the level of scam . Please to everyone. Check 10 times before booking. And probably my last booking on booking.com if I don't get resolution to my issue. How can someone live in a property where he gets stuck in lift and is life threatening experience. Booking.com should send officers to check how it really is and then keep such places on their platform . Booing.com made me Genius level 2 🤣🤣🤣 and showing such properties.
