The host was very helpful and communicative, the city centre can be reached by 5 minutes, and the lake by 10-15 minutes walking.
The cleanliness of the apartment wasn't the best.

Great host and excellent location. Communication was easy, and the host even washed the towels we brought ourselves. Everything in the city center and the main attractions is only a 5-minute walk away.
