Host is very kind and a very good man

Brilliant night stay. Room was very Clean and we were made very welcome. Breakfast on Sunday was a added bonus. Local pub opposite was great.

Location absolutely brilliant position Car park free

Host moved me downstairs as booking didn’t not advise stairs or shared bathroom and kitchen access. Lost out though to clear room as was his actual bedroom he vacated. Host tried best to befriend . Near to Anfield FC.

Decor shabby and peeling walls and chipped breakfast table which not in photo but suggested needed cover. Damp and musty and drying laundry on hall walls and communal radiators. Run down housing area and view. Floors unclean and needs daily cleaner. Breakfast table had vacuum and dirty mop and bucket against. No TV , clothes storage area only few hangers on door. No hairdryer and when asked bald owner advised he didn’t need though guests might! Damp towels/ sheets as not using dryer and little ventilation. Description did not advise owner lived there as home or shared house and facilities in small property.
