The property was very clean, well air conditioned and comfortable.

There was no parking. There should have been some tissues

Beautiful renovated apartment, with a nice balcony overlooking the port. AC in all rooms, TVs in both living room and main bedroom. A few minutes drive from the main attractions Haifa has to offer, parking available along the street. Overall, good value!

The bathroom/shower is cramped and not well ventilated; the apartment was VERY warm mid-July when we arrived, airing out and turning all ACs to full power worked after several hours. Could have helped if the staff aired the room prior to our arrival. Also, it is quite noisy considering the main road below.

Host lady was the most humble, polite and helpful person. I loved my stay here. Hotel is very nice and in good location, easy for transportation. I will come again soon. Thank you

The only thing that was slightly uncomfortable was the curtain in the living room. The apartment is very bright and the sun is very strong and blinding when sitting on the living room couch

Neither of the bedrooms had door locks which seriously affected our privacy. This is the second time we have booked this apartment. So please fit the locks on the doors of the bedrooms. It has been decided to book the same apartment for next month also so please correct this.

This is not the first time I’m staying here and the property is consistently good. The hotel is located inside an old historic building and that’s definitely the vibe - a true Haifa experience. I like that all the apartments are stylish, spacious, clean and well maintained. The price is more attractive than in the most other hotels in the same area. The staff is very professional and friendly. We got a room that we didn’t like when we arrived (the information and photos here were a bit misleading), but, we were suggested to move to another room without any problems. I like the location as it’s close to the downtown, port, railway museum, etc. There’s a protection space in the room in case of missiles attack from Lebanon. At the moment this is my favorite place to stay in Haifa.

Despite that it’s almost in downtown (10 mins by feet) and this area by fact is the part of Haifa’s historic center, there are a lot of old abondoned houses here, so, it can be not very attractive for someone who isn’t familiar with Haifa. There are a lot of construction works around, so, not every room has a nice view and there’s a big chance you’ll see a building from your window. There’s not private parking and parking in the area can be a bit problematic. The pictures here are a bit misleading. When you’re booking a room it’s hard to understand what room exactly you’re booking. Anyway, it can be easily sorted out by contacting the property directly after securing your booking.
