It was clean, well maintained and good location.

There is a night club in the ground floor of the building that was playing metal rock in extreme volume all night until 8 in the morning. (It was Friday night, maybe during the week days it’s not open) Also the check-in time was delayed in an hour an half, without advanced notice and no apology.

It was terrible, the manager wasn’t available and when called back was unpleasant.

The building is in an industrial area above a main road. It was hard to locate the entrance and my son asked me why it looks like a prison’s door.. We arrived 30 minutes before check in (he didn’t respond to our massages) and entrance stairs were dirty and there was garbage all over the place. We asked the cleaner to see the room and there was a smell of cigarettes all over the place. We asked to cancel, the guy called is from a different phone number after an hour and told us he will charge anyway. Very bad experience.

המקום הוא יפה, נקי, מעוצב בסדר גמור וממש טוב לשהייה קצרה מחוץ לבית. אמנם אין אוטובוסים עד הבית (נסענו בתח"צ בלבד) אבל יש תח"צ בתוך כמה דקות הליכה בכל כיוון, לכל מקום. הצוות, בעל הבית והעובדים שלו היו ממש נחמדים וניסו לעזור ולרצות בכל דבר אפשרי.

די הרבה מדרגות לעלות כל פעם. אבל לא נורא. אין מכולת במרחק "קפיצה" אז צריכים להתארגן בזה מראש קצת. והיה פשלה עם החיבור של הוי-פי. הוא אכן עבד על זה מיד בכדי לתקן אבל היינו יום וחצי בלי חיבור בכלל. ועוד דבר קטן. החדר היה מוכן כשעתיים באיחור (הודיעו לנו את זה בבוקר אבל כשכבר יצאנו, איפשר לנו להניח שם חפצים אבל המנקה עדיין עבדה שם).

good location, great hosts who put their heart and soul into this beautiful apartment. great design, clean.
