L’appartamento era confortevole e con tutto il necessario, pulizia ottima, la comunicazione con il proprietario ottima e puntuale, grande disponibilità e risoluzione veloce di possibili problemi.

Un po’ lontana dal centro se la visiti a piedi, con la macchina raggiungibile in poco e grazie alla disponibilità dal proprietario non abbiamo avuto alcun problema negli spostamenti.

Since the apartment is next to a big street, it is noisy. The location is good, close to the old town and there will always be a place to park the car. The host is very caring. If you have any questions, he will always offer solutions.

Very nice and comfy little apartment with everything that you need 🤩 Host was very nice, kind and so helpful. Gave us a lot of recommendations about places to visit and try some food, the food was delicious 😊 I would recommend to stay there especially if you are renting a car, good location and a lot of cat park spaces outside the apartment. Walking distance to city centre to main historical places, about 25 min away. We would go back to explore more because we weren't lucky with weather during our stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was difficult to climate apparent with one air-conditioner. It was little bit cold in the bathroom.

We loved the stay in this apartment. The host Mr. Carmelo was very nice, helpful, we appreciated also the tips given. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp. What we really admire is the host's taste, the apartment is newly reconstructed, elegant and cosy, fully equipped, in walking distance to the city center, shopping opportunities nearby. We are grateful for all help Carmelo provided to us. Parking on the streets around. We fully recommend this property and will be very happy to come again. Catania has a lot to offer.

I loved that all the equipment provided worked great and suited our needs! The excellent taste of the owner can be felt both in the design and equipment of the apartment!
