If you like the country-side living (far from the city), than it is the perfect accommodation for you.

It was just a misunderstanding from our side, but this is a completely self-sufficient chalet, so you need to take care of everything, incl all toiletries. We didn't know that, so we needed to go to shopping, but the personal was very helpful.

GOOD: It was very enjoyable to be in a holiday village. This small holiday home is very useful. The entrance was by taking the key from the encrypted box. But the hosts Jurriaan and Marlou were very interested, they constantly contacted us by message. They answered our questions immediately. The internet worked well in the facility. BAD: - It was said that "There are two bedrooms; one has a double bed and the other has two single beds." However, we saw that two single beds were put in a bed frame and hidden with a sheet. There was not one large double bed, but two uncomfortable single beds. And the old mattresses were very uncomfortable. The bathroom offered a good washing opportunity, there were shampoo and towels. However, the towels did not give the feeling of cleanliness. - The facility was not cleaned well. There was hair from previous guests. The garden/patio did not provide privacy. There was no good garbage system under the kitchen counter. It was very bad that there was no mosquito repellent on the windows. You need slippers to stay in this house. It was bad that they came to collect the holiday tax in cash. They could have charged you a fee for your stay with your credit card like other facilities. The hosts send you a series of rules before you check out. "Throw away the trash, take off the sheets, and leave them next to the bed!" etc. Although they charge a cleaning fee, this seems unfair.

NOTE: 1- You should first apologize to your guests after admitting that you hid the truth about a large double bed. You posted a photo as if there was a double bed, but you combined two old beds into one bedstead. There was incorrect information in the advertisement about what kind of beds there were. 2- I have stayed in other resorts in the Netherlands (https://maps.app.goo.gl/K8iBZ7aEP7VQ8nHN6), and I have not seen anyone asking guests to take off the sheets. There is no such thing in the Netherlands or other countries. Don't talk as if we didn't throw away our trash, we did. 3- You asked me to send the tourist tax by bank transfer from a distance while I was in my country. The tourist tax was 13 Euros, and the transfer fee was 15 Euros. Of course, it was easier to pay in cash. It was not right to ask for before coming to the facility anyway. However, I have seen that it is included in the accommodation fee in the Netherlands and other countries; it could be taken that way. Actually, I wanted to give you an idea. 4- I make some evaluations and give ratings about the places I have stayed in before. The basic philosophy of the "Booking.com" site is this: i) To inform potential guests about their experiences with the facility. ii) To protect guests from the wrong information of the facility operators. iii) To ensure that the facilities are better by learning from the experiences/feedback of the guests. 5- I have not only made bad reviews about the places I have stayed but also made good evaluations. In light of this feedback, you can learn tourism management and make your holiday home better.

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay. Quiet area with plenty of options to choose from for sightseeing or hiking/ biking. Easy bicycle rental at another chalet close by. Very recommendable.

Big hause. Nice space. Cleaning was very good.

The staff are extremely rude. The room has a foul smell that was very uncomfortable.
